Even though I wasn’t able to use this company because I live in Boca Raton and they primarily serve the Central Florida area, I still wanted to leave a review. The owner took the time to walk me through roofing materials, pricing considerations, and things to watch for when getting quotes. He shared a lot of valuable insight that ultimately saved me money and helped me make more informed decisions. What stood out the most was that he knew from the start that I was outside of his service area and that there was no business to gain from the conversation, yet he still generously shared his time and expertise. That level of integrity and willingness to help says a lot about the kind of company this is. If you’re in the Orlando area, you’re likely in very good hands. ⭐ ~ Sheila B

Daniel from Integrity Roofing randomly stopped by one afternoon and offered a free roof inspection. I agreed and he found hail damage. We turned the claim into the insurance carrier who immediately denied the claim. A third party evaluation was conducted (initiated by the insurance company) and they agreed with the insurance carrier. Daniel was adamant that there was real hail damage and hired an attorney to fight the denial. In less than a week the insurance company settled. We now have a new roof! I highly recommend Integrity Roofing! They are thorough, timely, and trustworthy! I’m an insurance broker and I deal with these companies all the time. Our roof was 11 years old and, while showing the usual signs of sun and wind deterioration, seemed to be holding up well. John Feuer from Integrity Roof Services was in our neighborhood, pointed out several visible flaws to the roof surface and offered a free roof inspection. Hail and wind damage was observed and as a result we, with the help of John and Integrity, filed an insurance claim. Our insurance company sent their own inspector to confirm damages and as a result approved our claim for damages and roof replacement. John oversaw our claim from beginning to end and was present at every inspection. He and his company were outstanding with communication, service and awesome timeliness. Our roof looks great. Our 19 year roof had damage from last year and needed to replaced. I started a search and came across Integrity Roof Services. Did research on them and asked for an assessment. A young man named Daniel contacted me within less than 24 hrs. Came out and did his assessment, came back to us with a very reasonable estimate, explained all the material, and the process to replace our roof. Signed the deal and within a few days material here and the next day the crew showed up. Luna and his group of men worked together and restlessly worked for 4 days replacing the roof. A beautiful new was installed and cleaned up like no one was ever here. A very hard working bunch of men. Roof passed inspection and we are very pleased with the result and the experience with Integrity. A very well run company, and always in communication with you. I would like to start by saying we are very grateful and thankful to Daniel Mickelsen for ever he has done for us. He was in the neighborhood and offer to do a free inspection of our home. During this inspection we found out that are roof had damaged to it . He then helped us proceed to inform our insurance company and we were able to set him up to redo our roof. From the initial roof inspection to filing of the insurance claim Integtity Roof Services; explained everything in detail. Getting the insurance claim took a sometime, but in the end the process worked just as Daniel explained it on the very first appointment. The moment I called Daniel he got to work. He presented all the necessary paperwork to process my insurance claim and obtain all the necessary permits to get the job started.
